Clarifying the functional division between administrative web account management and active network tunneling.

2. Technical Mechanism #

• Web Dashboard (Administrative Layer): Used exclusively for off-chain and on-chain balance top-ups, account security configuration, token minting, and B2B reseller management. It does not establish network tunnels.
• Client Application (Data Routing Layer): Interacts directly with the local OS kernel to create virtual network interfaces (TUN), handle microsecond cryptographic handshakes, and route encrypted packets to edge nodes.

3. Recommended Action #

• Log in to the Web Dashboard to purchase credits, generate tokens, or manage sub-reseller structures.
• Import generated access tokens into the BEX Client App (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS) to toggle active VPN protection.
